Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of SPIRE, a mobile game published by Ragnarok Talent Partners LLC ("we," "us"). By downloading or playing SPIRE, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the game.

2. Your license

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play SPIRE on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. Google Play's terms also apply to your download.

3. Free and ad-supported

SPIRE is free to play and supported by ads from Google AdMob. Some in-game rewards may be offered for watching an optional ad. Ads come from third parties, and we're not responsible for advertisers' products, services, or websites.

4. Scores and progress

Heights, ranks, and other in-game progress have no monetary value, can't be exchanged for money, and may be reset or changed as the game is updated.

5. Fair play

• Don't cheat, hack, or use bots, scripts, or modified versions of the game.
• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the game, except where the law allows it.
• Don't tap ads to generate fake activity, or interfere with how ads are shown.
• Don't use the game for anything unlawful.

6. Ownership

SPIRE, including its name, code, art, sound, and design, is owned by Ragnarok Talent Partners LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't give you ownership of any part of it.

Shared content

When you use Share Score, you choose where the image goes. You're responsible for what you share and for following the rules of the app you share it to.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, change, or stop offering SPIRE, in whole or in part, at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing.

8. No warranties

SPIRE is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the game will be error-free or always available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ragnarok Talent Partners LLC isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of SPIRE. Our total liability for any claim related to the game is limited to the amount you paid us for it, if any. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

10. Ending these Terms

You can stop using SPIRE at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your license if you break these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Playing after an update means you accept it.
