SPIRE has no account or sign-up. It doesn't ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, or precise location, and we don't collect or store personal information.
Who we are
SPIRE is published by Ragnarok Talent Partners LLC ("we," "us"), based in Washington, USA. Questions about this policy: [email protected].
Information stored on your device
SPIRE saves your best height and the number of runs you've finished. This stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
Advertising
SPIRE is free and shows ads through Google AdMob, using the Google Mobile Ads SDK. To deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and, where permitted, show more relevant ads, Google may automatically collect:
- Your device's IP address, which can be used to estimate your general location
- Interactions such as app launches, taps, and ad views
- Diagnostic information about app and ad performance
- Device identifiers, such as your Android advertising ID and app set ID
Google encrypts this data in transit. Learn more: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Location
SPIRE doesn't access your precise location. Google may estimate an approximate location from your IP address to deliver ads.
Your choices
- In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, you'll see Google's consent form on first launch. You can change your choice anytime with AD CHOICES on the title screen.
- In US states with privacy laws, AD CHOICES lets you opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted ads.
- On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device's Google ad settings.
Sharing your score
The Share Score button creates an image on your device and opens your share sheet. SPIRE doesn't upload it. What happens next depends on the app you choose.
Permissions
SPIRE uses internet access, the advertising ID permission, and vibration for haptic feedback. It doesn't access your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files, or precise location.
Who we share data with
We don't sell personal information. Ads are served by Google AdMob, and the game is distributed through Google Play.
Deleting your data
We don't hold personal information about you, so there's nothing to delete on our side. Uninstalling SPIRE or clearing its data removes what it stored on your device. Advertising data held by Google can be managed in My Ad Center.
Children
SPIRE isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email [email protected] and we'll delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and US state privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the use of your information. Requests about advertising data go to Google, and we're happy to point you in the right direction: [email protected].
Security
Data the game sends, including ad requests, is encrypted in transit.
Changes and contact
